  1. What makes them special? Illinois is one of the poorest states. I know someone who is on SSDI and makes $1096 a month. She can’t even afford rent in Illinois. Those who are suffer with disabilities deserve a stimulus check over $1300, but our Governor doesn’t care about those in his state of Illinois who struggle to survive.
